1 General Terms & Conditions and Introduction

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bigtaka app Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If false or incomplete information is provided at the time of registration.
• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• When suspicious or unusual activity is detected on an account.
• Failure to complete a security verification request.
• Under the order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, any verified balance may be withdrawn; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
